CROP REPORT | NOVEMBER 2025

RELATÓRIO DE SAFRA | SETEMBRO 2025

The flowering of the new crop

A framework with the prospects of the next crop and updates on the current one.

November, 2025 | Poços de Caldas, MG, Brazil.

The month of November began with significant rainfall across Bourbon's main producing partner regions. Although the onset of the rainy season was delayed in some areas, such as the Cerrado and the Moutains of Espirito Santo, precipitation levels have started to stabilize and are expected to continue steadily from December through February. This scenario supports healthy crop development and strengthens the productive potential for next year's harvest.

Regarding the 25/26 crop, there is a noticeable trend of coffee retention by producers, driven by expectations of price appreciation in the coming months. This behavior reflects a cautious stance in response to market fluctuations and the pursuit of better commercialization opportunities.

The beginning of the next cycle is also marked by a satisfactory flowering development across various producing regions, with mostly uniform progress. However, even in areas where factors such as delayed rainfall and temperature variation were observed, most plants remain well-nourished, indicating good flowering set. If weather conditions remain favorable, the productive cycle is expected to continue progressing well.

Given these conditions, the outlook for the 2025 harvest is positive. The scenario suggests promising production levels, which may contribute to a better balance in global coffee supply and could even signal a transition toward a surplus period. Therefore, we maintain an optimistic view for the next cycle, with expectations of excellent production volume and quality.

Bourbon reaffirms its commitment to closely monitor the development of the crops, supporting its producers and ensuring high-quality coffee at every stage of the process. We continue working with dedication and transparency to strengthen partnerships and deliver sustainable and consistent results to our clients and partners.
